The ACT will be joined by key service partners when leading trade show iceBike* returns as an in-person event for the first time since 2020 on Sunday 5th March and Monday 6th March at the Manchester Velodrome and Thursday 9th March and Friday 10th March at London's Tobacco Dock.
Joining ACT at the events will be Tyl by NatWest, the ACT’s new card processing partner, whose service makes it easier for customers to pay in a fast, secure way. Alongside the practical courses delivered through Cytech’s providers, the online Theory one course is a key qualification for all staff within a cycles business. Able to be completed anywhere and any time, we believe that every specialist cycle trade employee should be armed with the knowledge and skills to better understand how the business is run, manage customer expectations, work safely and efficiently in the retail environment and even carry out some of the more basic workshop activities – all this in time for the peak season!
