Speak with Cytech about your mechanic training needs at iceBike* 2023

Posted on 21 Feb 2023

Cytech at iceBike Cytech, the internationally recognised training and accreditation scheme for bicycle technicians, will be at next month’s iceBike* 2023 shows at the Manchester Velodrome and at London’s Tobacco Dock offering guidance on how to kick-start or develop your career as a professional cycle technician, or those of your staff.

Managed by the Association of Cycle Traders (ACT), Cytech will be joined at the shows by Activate Cycle Academy for the North edition and Spokes People for the South edition, on hand to discuss your training needs and how Cytech courses can help you staff and business.

Alongside the practical courses delivered through Cytech’s providers, the online Theory one course is a key qualification for all staff within a cycles business.

Able to be completed anywhere and any time, we believe that every specialist cycle trade employee should be armed with the knowledge and skills to better understand how the business is run, manage customer expectations, work safely and efficiently in the retail environment and even carry out some of the more basic workshop activities – all this in time for the peak season!

ACT members get preferential pricing, and you can even try the course for free at tryme.cytechtheoryone.co.uk

Other services that will be showcased on the ACT stand include retail finance and how members can help their customers to spread the cost of bikes and accessories, and the most effective way to take card payments with Tyl by NatWest, the ACT’s new card processing partner. This amongst 20+ other services you’ll be able to discuss to help your business.

To register to attend either iceBike* North on March 5th & 6th or iceBike* South on March 9th & 10th, click here: https://www.icebike.co.uk/
