Cytech home mechanic
The Home Mechanic Course covers all aspects of at-home maintenance for the DIY mechanic. This course is 4 days (6hrs/day) over 2 weekends, with students working on their own bikes to finish the course with newfound skills and a well-tuned bike. For more information click here. |

Cytech technical one (theory and practical) - Professional Mechanic Technical 1
This course covers Cytech Theory 1 online portion as well as 2 days of in-class practical learning as Cytech Technical 1. For students booking the full 2-week Professional Mechanic course, this is Part 1, you will also need to register for Part 2 - Cytech Technical 2. This course covers the business, legal and introductory technical aspects of working in the bicycle industry, with Theory 1 online requiring approximately 6-8hrs to complete at home prior to the in-class portion. In-class includes the sections covering Tires and Tubes and Frame Preparation. For more information click here. |

Cytech technical three - with electronic gear systems - Advanced Bicycle Mechanic - Technical 3
The Advanced Bike Mechanic is a combined weeklong course that consists of all the Cytech Technical 3 modules, which are Wheel Building, Suspension, Hydraulic brakes and Electronic Gear Systems. This course builds upon the knowledge learned in the Professional Mechanic course and provides training on more technical tasks for experienced mechanics. For more information click here. |

Cytech technical three - suspension - 2 days only of Technical 3 complete course
This module is two days in duration and is part of the Advanced Mechanic Course. It focuses on complete front and rear suspension maintenance servicing, including fork lowers and air can 50hr service, and fork and shock damper 200hr service. Suspension adjustments and theory are discussed to gain higher understanding of maintenance and performance requirements. For more information click here. |
